It’s International Yoga Day, so roll out your mat and get into that downward dog! We have to give a disclaimer though: these memes are not good. In fact, they’re straight-up cheesy and will probably make your mom giggle almost as much as she does when she sees Minion memes. Regardless, we hope they can make you laugh, or at the very least roll your eyes!
We’re not ashamed to admit that we are absolutely fascinated by wine moms. The basicness of their memes, their bizarre love for minions, and the sheer idea of how many gallons of pinot grigio they must have consumed as a demographic. To celebrate this very specific breed of wine-loving human, we’ve put together some of the most cringey and basic #winemom content we could find. National Wine Day may have been this past weekend, but if these moms are concerned, every day is National Wine Day!
Refinery29 probably made a bad call with publishing this article in their series entitled Money Diaries, which chronicles how the Millennial woman budgets her “hard-earned” money. In this particular installment, R29 interviews a 21-year-old college student and marketing intern living in New York City who makes $25 per hour and can somehow still afford to have a little extra cash left over after she pays the bills.
Sounds like a pretty typical Millennial life, right? Well sure, until you learn that said marketing intern has rich parents who pay her rent, phone bill and health insurance costs. Needless to say, the internet is absolutely raging about this spoiled rich girl’s lavish lifestyle.
@BrosBeingBasic is easily one of our favorite Instagram accounts. The men behind it are slyly poking fun at a certain kind of woman’s Instagram. You know, Ugg boots and motivational quotes. A love for rose wine and long, boozy brunches. Oversharing photos of baths and hikes. Basically – if you didn’t ‘gram it, did it even happen? We hope this doesn’t offend anyone, but seeing burly (and attractive men) daintily sipping rose is a total riot.
