We stan couples who know when to maximize their trolling of each other. This girl decided to get some payback when her boyfriend slept through their whole road trip by asking the internet to deliver their best photoshopping skills. We really hope #SleepyScott got as much of a kick out the end results as we did!
These pics range from mildly disappointing to downright infuriating. We’ve all been in that situation where we open the bag of potato chips and it ends up being only one-third full – these pics play off of that feeling that we all know and loathe.
When it comes down to it, life is all a lie and you should just never trust anyone.
First we got the Snapchat gender change filter that had a lot of people feeling uncomfortably attracted to their opposite-gender selves, and then we got the baby filter that made us look like freaky children. Well apparently it’s Christmas, because FaceApp just released a new aging filter that makes you look like an old person. Below are some of the most hilarious results from it that we’ve seen so far!
It’s probably really flattering to get a work of art created in your name, but poor Melania Trump likely isn’t feeling that way right now; the First Lady had a wooden statue erected in her hometown of Sevnica, Slovenia and let’s just say it looks…interesting. So interesting, in fact, that the internet has been having a field day in the roasting department and we can’t say we really blame them!
Twitter user Babyshoujo really hit the jackpot during a visit to the aquarium the other day. After she snapped a pic of a starfish that appeared to have quite the thicc ass, people on Twitter began noticing its resemblance to Patrick Star from Spongebob. And of course, as is custom, people have begun “Thicc Starfish” creating memes and absolute photoshop masterpieces that we honestly can’t get enough of.
The internet has been buzzing about cursed images since the dedicated Tumblr went live in 2015, but we just recently became aware of their slightly more positive brethren, the blessed image and the blursed image. The idea of a blessed image is pretty straightforward: an image that is sweet or wholesome, and leaves one feeling happy. Blursed images are a bit harder to pin down. They’re generally photos with the same mystique as a cursed image, but not quite as sinister. The r/blursedimages subreddit does a pretty good job of cataloging these types of photos. We’ve harvested some of the weirder tidbits from the community, but there are a ton more where these came from. Happy scrolling!
“Mexico In American Movies” is our new favorite meme that plays on a stereotype we didn’t even know we believed – that Mexico tends to be sepia-toned in films. It’s weird how real that is once you think about it, right? Thanks to a statement by a Mexican politician in 2001, and a 2012 meme from Breaking Bad, a sepia-toned filter is probably what most of us subconsciously associate with our friends south of the border!
Keanu Reeves memes are popping up all over the internet. His appearance at E3, tragic past, and roles in beloved movies such as John Wick have given him a wholesome hero status, at least on the internet. A new crop of memes is adding some weirdly cute and decidedly dank edge to this role. The memes rely on a photoshopped image of the actor that makes him look extremely short, and it’s being used in some seriously hilarious and relatable ways.
If Goldilocks were looking for an assortment of memes to fit her taste, she’d definitely approve of these. These memes are not too niche, they’re not too relatable. They’re not too smart, and they’re not too dumb. These memes? They’re just right.

We’re gonna go out on a limb and say that these insane wedding photos hail from Eastern Europe. Where else would flinging raw chickens in the air, black eyes, and demented photoshops be part of a “romantic” bridal photoshoot?

Graphic designer James Fridman has been trolling unsuspecting (and suspecting) people via Photoshop since 2016. When people send him photos asking for Photoshop alterations he works his magic in ways they definitely didn’t intend. His unique brand of comedy has resulted in an insane Twitter following of 1.54 million – and he shows no signs of slowing down. For more of these clever ‘shops you can check out some of our past lists here and here.
We’ve made it to the home stretch, people. One more day and us Monday through Friday office drones are free for an extremely temporary couple of days. Will we actually make use of that free time and do something productive or meaningful? Absolutely not! These memes will help you prep for a weekend of doing the bare minimum. You’re welcome.
Look, we get it – sometimes you gotta photoshop that huge zit out of your otherwise perfect Instagram pic…or maybe your nose is looking a little too big from that angle…and hey, perhaps your butt needs to be a little bigger …oh, and maybe your makeup doesn’t quite look “flawless” enough.
Okay, so maybe the photoshop and Facetune goes a little too far sometimes. It’s mostly all fun and games until you start altering absolutely everything about the photo and masquerade behind the facade of being “all-natural.”
These “Instagram vs. Reality” memes exemplify the absolute ridiculousness that some people will go through to perfect their image on social media!
The ol’ text scammer begging for gift cards to benefit some fake cause has sadly become a tale as old as time. People who are less than senile have definitely started to catch on, and some enterprising individuals even try to put the scammers in their place. This particular genius decided to flex his Photoshop skills to attempt to send this would-be scammer a message. It took the loser while to catch on.
This is definitely a dank meme that’s going to require a little backstory, so here we go: an original (normal) photo of a black cat crossing the street was uploaded by Getty Images back in 2008 at the scene of a fatal crime in the United Kingdom. Years later memers began photoshopping the cat into a bizarre angry pose, and thus our Cursed Cat, AKA “Angry as Fuk,” meme was born for you to enjoy!
2018 was a damn good year for movies. There was The Favourite, zany fish-eyed English Baroque rollercoaster from Yorgos Lanthimos. Roma, a poignant love letter to Mexico City, managed to steal hearts internationally. Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper inexplicably paired up for what ended up being our favorite iteration of A Star Is Born yet. Despite our immense love for these acclaimed films, we also enjoy making fun of sh*t. And The Shiznit happens to do that very well.
Every year the entertainment site posts “honest posters” for Oscar nominees. They’re beautifully done and funny to boot. We’ve included some of this year’s posters and some all-time favorites. If you like what you see, check out the rest here and consider donating to their Patreon.
The criminal case against Paul Manafort got a lot more (publicly) interesting yesterday after it became known that he shared polling data with Russian associate Konstantin Kilimnik. This very juicy information is almost rivaled by how the intel was obtained – via a terrible and arguably hilarious fail on the part of Manafort’s lawyers.
It would seem that these attorneys skipped their redacting class. Instead of, you know, using the redact tool on Photoshop, Manafort’s brilliant team just placed black boxes over the text. This allows anyone who knows how to copy and post to reveal the information. As can be expected, the blunder was received with a gigantic collective facepalm from people on Twitter. We’re just happy for the laughs, and for the Photoshop lesson.
Get out your flower crowns, ladies, it’s that time of year! That’s right, Coachella just released their festival lineup for 2019. It’s a hefty one, featuring Ariana Grande, Childish Gambino, and Tame Impala as headliners. While a weekend in the desert sounds fun (and sold out) we might be enjoying these parodies from Twitter and Instagram a little more than an army of hipsters on MDMA.
