Taking photos may not be the most fantastic gig in the world, but usually you anticipate it to pay. From navigating used aunts, to making sure your accounts have beautiful ways to remember ones own special day, this kind of labor deserves to be recognised in kind. This choosy beggar seems to disagree – and actually balks at the very fair rate his acquaintance usually charges. Pretty sick dreams. If this isn’t enough proof parents are terrible, check out this gallery that is chock full of entitled wastes of space.
Anyone who’s never worked through retail before can never truly have the knowledge frustrating the work is – these for ungrateful customers and very no pay. And perhaps the worst part of the job ? instead of actually displaying your irritation, at the end of the day, you just gotta put on some fake smile and pretend individuals care about the minimum-wage work occur doing!
Well apparently Millennials are now murdering the… shuffles cards … procreation industry! According to an upset mom on Facebook, anyway, the people that posted about how much she detests entitled Millennials who dare to check Disney World without kids! The fear.
New York Post when necessary followed suit when they published a write-up titled, “Sorry, Childless Millennials Participating in Disney World is Weird. ” Was the article posted mainly rile themsleves a bunch of pissed-off Millennials ? Probably, but effectively it clearly worked!
Us Millennials kind of got the short end of the stick in life. We inherited a ruined economy, most of us are in a crap-load of student debt, and then to round it all out our Baby Boomer parents like to blame us for being “lazy” and “entitled.” Not an entirely fair accusation coming from a generation that makes us work for free in exchange for “exposure.”
Anyway, enjoy these memes that might make you feel a little more understood as a member of Generation Y.
Darby requested via email a free five-night stay for her and her boyfriend at a hotel in Ireland. Instead of paying the hotel, she would give the business “exposure” – the hotel owner was certainly having none of that and replied to her with a snarky email, which he has since published online. He even went on to ban all social media influencersfrom his places of business.
Do you think the hotel owner’s response was fair or did it go too far? Let us know in the comments!
What is it with these entitled people? Does no one in this world have any amount of chill anymore?
Honestly, we almost think this “influencer” might just be a regular-ass person demanding free stuff. Although, we do have to give them some due props for coming up with a scheme this elaborate, like DAMN.
Holy mother of entitled a-holes, y’all!
We don’t like stereotyping people, but we all know the classic trope of the “bridezilla” who has to have everything her way and will stop at absolutely nothing to get it. To an extent, we sort of understand that behavior – planning a wedding is an incredibly stressful thing after all. However, this insane bride took the whole “entitled” thing waaay too far. It’s really no surprise that she’s on her third marriage!
It seems like some people really have no sense of empathy as was certainly the case for this dude, who tried to demand that his contractor use waaay more expensive materials on his bathroom renovation than was previously agreed upon. For no extra charge, of course. He seriously needs to cool it in the entitled department!
It’s truly amazing how the world’s most difficult and high maintenance people expect the world yet aren’t willing to pay a fair price for their high standards. This is definitely the case in the following text exchange between a dog sitter and a prospective customer.
It seems that Junie’s owner thinks she is doing a favor paying $110 for a week of dog sitting – while expecting the dog sitter to be with the dog 90% of the time. And administering complicated medication. The texts are absolutely infuriating, especially when it becomes clear that the prima donna isn’t getting what she wants. Don’t be like Junie’s dog mom. Treat people with respect. Most of the comments on the poor dog sitter’s post agree with us.
Some people are just more delusional than we can ever fathom. Like this guy, for example. It’s not a secret in this day and age that college tuition isn’t even remotely affordable for most, but this guy went out of his way on Twitter to try to explain how he supposedly managed to pay his own way through his education.
Twitter users, however, dug up some of his old tweets, and let’s just say that he wasn’t being especially truthful…
Customer service workers will know EXACTLY what these irritating tweets are all about. You’ll feel them deep in your soul. Luckily, most customers tend to be very nice and understanding, but when you get that one entitled a-hole, it can just really ruin your day. These tweets will make you positively rage at the amount of stupidity and entitlement!
Most of us have or will have to work in some sort of customer service job at some point in our lives. The industry can be great; you meet tons of people, make tips, and eat a whole bunch of delicious free food if you work in a restaurant. Perhaps the biggest downsides are the whole being-poor thing, and the fact that you have to occasionally deal with horrible customers who make you want to punch a brick wall!
Sometimes fully grown adults can really amaze us with their stupid levels of pettiness. Like, seriously, this is some middle school-level grade-A pettiness right here. In this particular “case” (if you can even call it that), Lawrence Police in Kansas responded to two adult children having the world’s pettiest standoff in a private parking lot. Enjoy!
Customer service can seem like the worst industry in the world at times, but it can also be the most rewarding. Apart from the (hopefully) occasional annoying, entitled customer, some customers can really make your day. Not to mention the tips generally aren’t too bad.
Thanks to Awesome Inventions for compiling these relatable memes!
Some people just don’t understand how the world works. In this story, a spoiled brat tries to blackmail a carpenter into making a near-impossible exception for him based on who his father is. Fortunately for our hero, things don’t work out as planned.
Attention baristas: this is a safe space for you. What do we mean by that, you ask? We mean that you’re free to take off that fake happy mask here, because we understand how awful it is to feign sugary-sweetness all damn day. You’re free to be your unapologetic self, no questions asked.
Anyone who’s worked in customer service knows very well the joys (read: horrors) of working in the industry. Most customers are great, but the odd horrible one can really ruin your entire day. Whether you’re a bartender, tech support, barista or retail worker, you will deeply understand every one of these stories.
Older people often complain about a lack of work ethic in younger generations. While they’re often dead wrong (see: all the millennial hatred) there are often exceptions. These folks clearly don’t understand the concept of hard work or humility. The entitlement is off the charts!
