We’ve got some seriously bad news during fish-lovers. According to a report from charity Oceana , over 20% of 449 fish that they tested were mislabeled, exposing some pretty serious “fish fraud.” This is a staggering percentage, especially when considering that less than 1% of fish is tested for fraud. There’s a huge chance that the expensive fish you’re ordering while dining out is cheap – or even, according to this related Twitter thread from a biology professor, dangerous. There are fish out there that will hurt you to eat. And, as @AwesomeBioTA ‘s class discovered, some of this “fish” is almost too disgusting for words.
Louisiana State University recently tweeted photos of their insanely fancy football locker rooms which reportedly cost them $28 million to renovate. Louisiana is one of the most impoverished states in the country and the tweet had people asking why the school wasn’t making more of an effort to put that money toward education, or at the very least paying the athletes.
Here are some of the reaction tweets.
We often lament the current state of healthcare in the United States, but judging by these social media posts, we need to take a much harder look at the state of our school systems. These morons either cut all their Sex Ed classes or even worse – didn’t have access to a sexual education program at all.
For more cringey ignorance, check out these abominable posts we shared last year.
If you’re old and aren’t familiar with what “Kahoot” is, it’s a user-generated educational quiz game played by students all over the world. Once a student creates a quiz, aka a “Kahoot,” it generates a pin number that others can enter into their computers or mobile devices in order to join in. A trivia question with four multiple-choice answers pops up on a communal screen and players can pick their answer.
As you can probably guess, students go nuts over this game – probably because it’s a hell of a lot more interesting than sitting in class listening to a boring-ass teacher talk for an hour!
Whether or not you approved of Sunday’s episode’s twist, there’s one thing that all Game of Thrones fans can agree upon: the episode was too damn dark. It didn’t matter if you threw that brightness up to 100. ‘Battle For Winterfell’ was incredibly hard to follow. Fortunately for all of us squinters, Twitter user @ryanclassic decided to demystify the damn thing for everyone.
If there’s one thing we don’t miss about school it’s tirelessly poring over exceedingly dry texts, highlighting banal facts that we’ll never remember in the coming years. These memes are basically the antithesis of this agony, providing us with historical truths and a dash of humor.
Ever see some relatable content that struck you with complete horror and left you feeling personally attacked? This happens to us every day. Here’s a collection of memes that might trigger you so hard you’ll forget the completely agony of existence.

Whether you’re in school, out of school, or teaching school, these memes are sure to hit pretty damn close to home. For us, the days of bullshitting have just shifted from doin’ it for free to doing it for our paltry wages. We all have to grow up at some point.
Y’all ready for a little blast from the past? We heard recently that some rural schools are getting rid of their history majors due to low enrollment. While people may be favoring career-specific education, the internet is still overflowing with history related-memes. And they cost a lot less than a college course.
