Our favorite damn way to waste our time.
While depression, anxiety, and other forms of mental illness are anything but a joke, sometimes it helps us to laugh about our problems. Ever feel absolutely filled with crushing self-doubt and feelings of worthlessness? Yeah, us too. These memes, while arguably depressing, are a reminder that you’re not alone. Sometimes that’s just what you need to pick yourself up and dust yourself off.
The panic attacks. Self-doubt. Weird sweating and clammy hands. These are all symptoms of anxiety – something that apparently every damn memer suffers from. While we mourn the fragile states of the people making our memes, it’s also nice to realize that us anxious non-memers aren’t alone.
